About Us:
Elevation Chevrolet GMC is a leading automotive dealership committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality vehicles. We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team.
Responsibilities:
- Present and Sell New and Used vehicles.
- Respond promptly to online inquiries and engage customers through various digital channels.
- Qualify and nurture leads to generate appointments.
- Provide accurate product information and address customer concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Follow up with potential customers to maintain interest and drive sales.
- Utilize CRM software to track and manage customer interactions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent customer service orientation.
- Proficiency in using computers and digital tools.
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred but not required.
- A passion for the automotive industry is a plus.
