Fashion Stylist

We're looking for a highly organized, fashion-forward Stylist to join our Creative team. Position Summary As our Stylist, you'll play a key role in bringing the JLUXLABEL brand to life across e-commerce, marketing campaigns, affiliate partnerships, and in-person events. From preparing garments for photoshoots to curating product selections and styling complete looks, you'll ensure every product is presented in a way that inspires our customers and reflects our brand aesthetic. Working closely with our Creative Director, photographers, models, marketing team, and affiliate partners, you'll help execute photo and video shoots, support brand events, curate product assortments, and maintain an organized styling studio and showroom. What You'll Do Styling & Creative Execution Style apparel and accessories for e-commerce photography, campaigns, social content, and marketing initiatives. Create complete looks that reflect current fashion trends while staying true to the JLUXLABEL brand. Curate product selections and styling recommendations for affiliate partners and marketing initiatives. Support styling and wardrobe preparation for brand activations, influencer events, pop-ups, and other in-person events as needed. Prepare garments for photoshoots by steaming, tagging, organizing, and accessorizing. Pull accessories, shoes, jewelry, and props to complete each look. Style mannequins, dress forms, flat lays, and ghost mannequin imagery. Assist in developing styling inspiration, lookbooks, and outfit guides alongside the Graphic Design team. Maintain an organized, clean, and efficient styling room and showroom. Photoshoot Support Pull garments according to approved shot lists and line sheets. Ensure all products are properly prepared before each shoot. Review styling looks with the Creative Director prior to photography. Assist with photoshoot setup, garment organization, and styling throughout the day. Help models with outfit changes and styling adjustments. Track completed looks during shoots to ensure all products are photographed. Create flat lays for approved outfits and submit them for review. Unpack, organize, and return samples following each shoot. Assist with on-site content creation when needed using DSLR cameras or iPhone. Organize and maintain styling samples, accessories, and props. Track incoming and outgoing samples. Coordinate sample returns and ensure styling inventory remains organized. Help maintain studio organization to support efficient workflows. Trend Research & Brand Awareness Stay current on fashion trends, styling techniques, and competitor activity. Continuously bring fresh styling ideas to elevate our brand presentation. Research emerging trends to inspire future content and visual storytelling. Partner closely with photographers, graphic designers, content creators, marketing teams, and affiliate partners to execute seasonal campaigns. Support marketing initiatives by ensuring styling aligns with campaign objectives and brand standards. Collaborate across departments to maintain consistency in visual merchandising and storytelling. What We're Looking For Previous fashion styling experience preferred. 2-3+ years of styling experience within fashion retail, e-commerce, or editorial environments preferred. Exceptional eye for fashion, color, proportion, and styling details. Strong understanding of current fashion trends and visual merchandising. Excellent organization and time-management skills. Ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently. Collaborative mindset with a positive attitude. Comfortable lifting and moving garment racks, sample boxes, and styling materials as needed. Experience working with Shopify is a plus. Familiarity with fashion photography and e-commerce production is preferred. Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising, Fashion Design, or a related field is preferred.
