Maintenance TechnicianWilmington,North Carolina Forest Hills Apartments | Wilmington, NC Monarch is looking for a Full-Time Apartment Maintenance Technician to join the team at Forest Hills Apartments in Wilmington, NC. We’ve been in the property management business for more than 30 years and operate communities across 26 states. We believe in taking care of our properties, our residents, and the people who work for us. $21.00 - $23.00 per hour Quarterly maintenance bonuses up to $3,000 per year $100 weekly on-call bonus when on call Minimum 1.5 hours of pay for any on-call service call $50 major holiday on-call bonus per day worked 401(k) with pre-tax contributions and 3% company match Blue Cross Blue Shield medical insurance for under $50 per month Free life and dental insurance Vision and disability insurance Paid EPA certification training 9 paid holidays Paid Time Off: 80 hours in your first year, 120 hours after 2-4 years, and 160 hours after 5+ years Tool reimbursement up to $500 per year Annual boot and pant reimbursement 20% employee rent discount at any Monarch community, subject to terms and conditions On call approximately 1 week every 5 weeks What You'll Do: As an Apartment Maintenance Technician, you'll help keep the property in good shape and make sure residents have a safe, comfortable place to live. The job includes handling day-to-day maintenance requests, completing repairs, and helping with the overall upkeep of the community. HVAC experience is preferred, and we'll provide paid EPA certification training. What We're Looking For: 2+ years of apartment maintenance experience HVAC experience preferred Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Willingness and ability to participate in the on-call rotation Good troubleshooting and repair skills Someone who takes pride in doing the job right and keeping the property in good condition Why Monarch?
