Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and evaluations to accurately identify the needs of clients, developing tailored treatment plans that aim for positive patient outcomes.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, groups, and families, utilizing a variety of approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) depending on client requirements.

• Provide crisis intervention services to clients experiencing acute mental health crises, showcasing both your expertise and empathy in high-pressure situations.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or a Doctorate in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• An active and independent clinical license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of two years of relevant experience is required, candidates with prior experience in community mental health settings, crisis intervention, or group therapy facilitation will be favored. Compensation and Benefits\n
