We are seeking enthusiastic and dependable Event Staff to support the preparation, coordination, and execution of events throughout Cincinnati.

In this role, you will work alongside a collaborative team to help ensure events run efficiently from setup through completion. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy fast-paced environments, interacting with people, and developing valuable communication, organization, and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with event setup, preparation, and breakdown.
• Welcome and assist guests in a professional and friendly manner.
• Help coordinate event activities and maintain organized event areas.
• Provide support to team leaders and event coordinators.
• Respond to guest questions and provide general event information.
• Monitor assigned areas to help ensure smooth event operations.
• Assist with materials, equipment, signage, and event supplies.
• Communicate effectively with team members throughout each event.
• Adapt quickly to changing priorities and event requirements.
• Maintain a professional and positive attitude at all times.
