Clinical Leadership: Conduct exams, diagnose conditions, and develop comprehensive treatment plans while maintaining a high standard of care

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work alongside support teams such as HR, Finance, IT, and operations to ensure smooth day-to-day practice performance

Patient-Focused Care: Build a comfortable environment that prioritizes patient needs, trust, and long-term relationships

Schedule:

• Monday: 8:00am–5:00pm
• Tuesday: 8:00am–5:00pm
• Wednesday: 8:00am–5:00pm
• Thursday: 8:00am–4:00pm (optional for full-time providers)

Qualifications:

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited institution with an active state license in good standing
• 1–2 years of clinical experience preferred; some roles open to new graduates
• Strong dedication to ethical, patient-centered care
• Interest in continued learning, mentorship, and team collaboration
• Driven to support both personal growth and practice success
