Corporate Recruiter

Location: Concord, NC (Hybrid) Duration: 4–6 Month Contract Compensation: $35-$40/hr Position Overview Our client is seeking a driven and resourceful Contract Corporate Recruiter to support high-priority hiring initiatives at their Concord, NC location. This individual will partner closely with operations leadership and hiring managers to fill critical hourly and professional-level positions quickly and effectively. We are looking for someone who understands the local manufacturing labor market, thinks creatively about sourcing talent, and thrives in a fast-paced growth environment. This is a highly visible role with the opportunity to make an immediate impact. Key Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruiting for hourly and corporate positions Partner directly with hiring managers to understand staffing priorities and workforce needs Develop creative sourcing strategies beyond traditional job postings Build pipelines through networking, referrals, job fairs, community outreach, and direct sourcing Screen, interview, and coordinate candidates through the hiring process Maintain candidate activity and reporting within ATS systems Help improve recruiting processes and hiring timelines Ensure a strong candidate experience and culture fit alignment Qualifications 3–5+ years of recruiting experience required Experience recruiting within manufacturing, distribution, or industrial environments strongly preferred Strong understanding of the Concord / North Charlotte labor market Experience recruiting hourly and hard-to-fill positions Ability to work independently and move quickly in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and relationship-building skills Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS platforms required Experience with Paylocity or similar ATS platforms preferred Bilingual experience is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr Ferretti Search
