JOB DESCRIPTION JOB TITLE: Maintenance Support Coordinator FLSA STATUS: Salaried, Non-Exempt AREA OF USE: Waco Prepared Foods Facility (Waco, Texas) At Pilgrim’s, Safety Is a Condition, which means the safety of our team members comes first — always. SUMMARY The Maintenance Support Coordinator assists the Maintenance Training Superintendent in the development and delivery of technical maintenance training. This role ensures maintenance team members are properly trained to maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and restore equipment to a safe, operational, and sanitary-ready condition. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Other duties may be assigned as production demands require. Training Program Execution Support the Maintenance Training Superintendent by implementing structured maintenance training programs within the DuPont Training Program. Deliver hands-on technical training to all maintenance personnel. Provide training on mechanical systems including conveyors, drives, gearboxes, and pneumatics. Train on electrical fundamentals as applicable. Train on equipment-specific procedures such as baggers, fryers, ovens, and conveyors. Documentation and Training Systems Maintain training records and certification tracking. Develop and maintain visual training aids. Support and maintain equipment-specific training guides and materials. QUALIFICATIONS Education and Experience Technical or trade school education is preferred. Three to five or more years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment. Experience troubleshooting and repairing industrial equipment. Skills and Competencies Strong mechanical aptitude including drives, motors, bearings, conveyors, and pneumatics. Working knowledge of electrical systems preferred. Ability to provide hands-on technical training, standardize and simplify complex procedures, and coach and develop maintenance personnel. Compensation Base salary range of $27,787 to $37,234.
