Key Responsibilities Administer HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company regulations. Manage the recruitment and onboarding process for hourly and salaried positions, from job posting to new hire orientation. Support employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures. Maintain accurate HR records and HRIS data, generating reports as needed for management. Coordinate and deliver HR programs such as performance management, training, and employee engagement initiatives. Process payroll and benefits administration, serving as a point of contact for employee inquiries. Assist with workers' compensation claims and safety program administration. Recommended Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 3+ years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment. Demonstrated knowledge of federal and state employment laws and regulations. Proven ability to manage multiple HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and benefits administration. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with employees at all levels. Experience with HRIS and payroll systems.
