As a Mortgage Loan Originator, you're the key player in helping individuals navigate the home financing process. You guide clients through the loan application journey, ensuring they understand each step and have the best options available. This role involves evaluating financial information, collaborating with underwriters, and maintaining strong client relationships. You'll also stay informed on industry trends and regulatory requirements to provide accurate advice. You will work in an office setting, engaging with clients in person, over the phone, and via digital communication to facilitate a smooth and efficient loan process. Responsibilities Administer mortgage loan applications to cater to client needs and fulfill business aims Manage loan application progress and communicate results Build trust by engaging openly with clients and stakeholders Assess borrower eligibility by examining financial information and credit profiles Uncover process enhancement opportunities and establish optimal practices Qualifications Experience in operating mortgage loan origination applications Academic background in finance, business, or related area Proven capability to work solo and collaboratively Well acquainted with FHA, VA, and USDA lending options Skilled in building relationships and communicating clearly Compensation $50,000 - $175,000+ yearly #J-18808-Ljbffr
