Property Management Administrator & Lease Coordinator

JOIN A GROWING COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE TEAM:

• We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Property Management Administrator & Lease Coordinator to support a busy commercial property management operation. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys coordinating lease documentation, managing property records, supporting tenants and vendors, and keeping operations running smoothly

 
WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Manage lease documents, abstracts, amendments, renewals, and critical dates
• Maintain lease and property data within management systems
• Coordinate tenant, vendor, and internal communications
• Support property onboarding and document management
• Maintain vendor records, W-9s, and Certificates of Insurance (COIs)
• Assist with compliance tracking, inspections, and life-safety documentation
• Manage office administration, reporting, and workflow tracking
• Help develop and improve administrative processes and SOPs

 
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

• At least 3+ years of administrative, lease administration, property management, or real estate support experience
• Experience in operations or office management in property management or real estate is highly preferred.
• Strong organizational and document management skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Experience with property management software is a plus (Yardi, MRI, Skyline, etc.)
• Commercial real estate experience preferred
