The organization has built a proprietary ERP platform that supports nationwide project and job site management services. You'll work closely with software engineering, business stakeholders, and operations teams while driving delivery across enterprise applications, Salesforce integrations, AI-assisted development initiatives, and internal technology projects. The environment is heavily focused on Jira, Monday.com, ERP systems, Agile delivery, and process optimization.What makes this opportunity unique is the chance to help shape how technology projects are delivered in an AI-assisted development environment. Rather than simply tracking status updates, you'll own the execution process from intake through delivery while acting as the quality gatekeeper for requirements, prioritization, sprint planning, and stakeholder communication.
