Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from prospective beneficiaries, providing accurate, professional guidance on plan options
• Educate, consult, and match clients with plans tailored to their individual health and financial needs
• Complete enrollments in full compliance with CMS regulations, documentation standards, and consent requirements
• Consistently meet or exceed sales quotas and performance goals during AEP, OEP, and Special Enrollment Periods
• Maintain and manage a strong client pipeline through timely follow-ups, renewal outreach, and CRM updates
• Foster positive client relationships, ensuring a smooth onboarding and plan activation experience
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve eligibility issues, SEP documentation requirements, and carrier escalations
• Stay current on CMS guidelines.
