Service Desk Analyst

Job Responsibilities Provide on-site and remote technical support for software and hardware. Handle tickets in the Jira Service Management system. Identify persistent problems and recurring failures and elevate to the engineering team. Configure Windows, Linux, and Apple computers to ensure the latest software updates, device management and the Anduril security stack are installed for each endpoint. Inventory and asset management of all endpoint hardware. Support and license administration of end‑user software including Microsoft Office, Adobe, Lucid, Matlab, and others. Identify knowledge articles and SOPs for end users and internal IT. Assist with ongoing operational improvements and implementation projects as needed. Travel regionally up to 50% to support our Colorado locations. Required Qualifications A minimum of 3+ years of experience in a service‑desk technical role. Excellent knowledge of PC and Apple hardware. Extremely detail‑oriented. Excellent customer service. Excellent communication skills. Experience with a ticketing system and managing a ticket queue. Must participate in a weekly on‑call rotation. Must be able to travel if necessary. Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Linux. Experience with AWS Virtual Workspaces. Experience with MDM. Salary Range $67,000 – $88,000 USD. The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations.
