What You'll Do

* Connect with clients through scheduled phone and Zoom appointments * Learn about each client's needs and help explain available benefit options * Answer questions clearly and professionally * Assist clients with applications and enrollment * Follow up with existing clients and provide ongoing support * Maintain accurate digital client records * Participate in virtual training, coaching, and team meetings

What We're Looking For

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills * A positive and professional attitude * Comfortable speaking with clients by phone and video * Self-motivated and able to work independently * Reliable internet connection and computer access * Willingness to learn and complete required licensing * Customer service, sales, hospitality, or retail experience is an asset but not required
