IT Project Manager - Agile & Scrum Expertise

Salary: $239,200 - 312,000 per year

Requirements:

Must be eligible to work and reside within Canada University Degree or College Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration At least ten (10) years of recent experience as a Senior Project Management Specialist leading large projects (40+ project resources over multiple years) in a complex environment Minimum five (5) years of experience utilizing Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies (Agile/Waterfall) for strategic IT project execution Strong business acumen with the ability to identify and articulate value, translating business needs into project objectives and solutions Proven ability to create clear and concise documentation tailored for both senior executives and technical teams Demonstrated proficiency in facilitation and problem resolution SCRUM Master Certification PMP Certification Knowledge of the Banks functions and core business processes is a plus Experience deploying Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Azure Cloud solutions is an advantage Ability to establish effective and collaborative working relationships with key stakeholders Proficiency in French is an asset Responsibilities:

Provide project management expertise throughout all project phases, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, project teams, and cross-functional groups using established best practices and methodologies Oversee project execution from planning through solution selection, configuration, implementation, and operational transition, ensuring optimal resource utilization and adherence to timelines and performance metrics Create comprehensive project plans and prioritize tasks to fulfill objectives, facilitating teamwork as necessary Manage project risks, issues, and interdependencies while delivering defined objectives and work plans within agreed quality and time constraints Prepare and present proposals, project plans, status updates, and risk documentation to support analysis and communicate progress, challenges, and issues Build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment on client needs and prompt resolution of concerns Skillfully manage and communicate unexpected project developments, including re-planning and adjustments Operate independently with minimal oversight from senior management Provide consistent project status updates on progress and value to senior management and stakeholders Ensure completion of all project deliverables, documentation, and required procedural steps Undertake additional related activities and deliverables as necessary Technologies:
