We're seeking a full-time Associate Veterinarian to join our small animal team. • Visiting orthopedic surgeon for advanced procedures

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary of $110,000-$135,000 , depending on experience
• Quarterly production bonus opportunities
• Up to $10,000 sign-on bonus
• Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance

• CE allowance and paid CE days
• Paid professional licensing, dues, and liability coverage

About You

• DVM or VMD from an accredited veterinary school
• Arizona veterinary license (or ability to obtain)
• Passion for high-quality medicine and client relationships
• Strong communication skills
• Collaborative, team-oriented mindset
