What You\'ll Do as a Shift Leader Lead a highly skilled team to ensure every customer leaves with a smile. Teach and practice brand standards of hospitality, quality, and cleanliness. Lead by example with strong time-management skills. Assess team-member performance and foster a positive team culture. Spend the majority of time on the restaurant floor, engaging with guests. Physical Requirements Availability to work various hours, including weekends and holidays. Ability to stand or walk for up to a 10-hour shift.
