Business Analyst

Our excellent client seeks a Business Analyst for a one year+ W2 HYBRID contract in Boston or Springfield, MA or NYC. The ideal candidate is a team player with AI experience who will be responsible for working with company data in various business areas. Specific responsibilities include reporting metrics, analyzing methodologies, suggesting operation improvements, and building proposal evaluations in a cross-functional environment. MUST BE ABLE TO WORK ON OUR W2. NO AGENCIES. Experience gathering, documenting, and managing business and system requirements. Experience producing requirements in BDD format. Experience developing and running SQL queries. Experience working in Agile environments using Scrum and/or Kanban methodologies. Experience creating user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, use cases, and functional requirements documentation. Strong analytical, problem-solving, written communication, and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives and priorities with limited direction. Experience collaborating with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver technology solutions. Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future. Preferred Qualifications 5+ years of business analysis or business systems analysis experience. Experience supporting enterprise technology, digital product, or customer-facing technology initiatives. Knowledge of system integrations, APIs, data flows, databases, cloud-based platforms, and enterprise applications. Insurance, financial services, wealth management, benefits administration, wellness technology, or related domain experience. Experience with Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint, and related delivery lifecycle tools. Ability to lead through influence in a matrixed environment and build alignment across business and technology stakeholders. Continuous improvement mindset with comfort operating in ambiguity and driving action in complex environments.
