I'm a homeowner in North Garden and am looking for a reliable, local person in the Charlottesville area to help manage occasional tasks at my home on a flexible, pay-as-you-go basis. This is not a full-time or continuous live-in sitting job. Since we are not at the house full-time, I need someone I can contact on an as-needed basis for short, specific visits. Typical tasks will include picking up unexpected mail or package deliveries, letting in a scheduled repair technician or vendor and waiting while they work, and doing a quick visual check of the property after a major storm or heavy weather.
