Job Location: Located in Marshall, MN just north of SMSU and located in the industrial park.What You Will Be DoingDirect supervision of production process and personnelMonitor, evaluate, and interpret data to ensure process integrity and specification complianceMonitor and control operation of production equipmentPlans production schedules, labor loading and capacity requirementsCompile and enter production data recordsTrain and develop production staff regarding policies, procedures, and related job responsibilitiesProvide accurate and specific data and input to production support departments and personnelCheck material availability and creates work orders for production linesExpedites orders at customer requests and participates in customer callsWorks with purchasing team to identify raw material requirements for production plansWhat You Will Bring AlongMinimum 5-years of supervisory experience in manufacturing or related production area with a strong technical background in related production equipment operations. ORBS degree in electrical, mechanical, or business related discipline OR a High School diploma with applicable job related training and experience coupled with Safety and Hazardous Materials Awareness training.Pay Range: $55,000-65,000 annually.
