Weekly Working Hours: 36 hours plus alternating weekend Shift: 12 Hour Day Shift 7a-7p Join our Suburban Nursing Team as a Critical Care (ICU) Registered Nurse and become part of world-renowned Johns Hopkins Health System! Unit Info Intensive Care Unit (24-bed Trauma, Cardiothoracic, complex medical Surgical ICU) Minimum Education And Experience Licensure as a Registered Nurse in Maryland (or other Nurse Licensure Compact state) Graduation from an accredited program for Registered Nurses Associate's degree in nursing (ADN) required. Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) Preferred. Minimum of 6 months RN acute care ICU experience. Preferred, 1-year plus ICU Hospital experience or more. Ability to response/care for patients requiring level 1 and level 2 critical care setting preferred. Ability to respond/care for urgent strokes and STEMI preferred. Applicants with an Associate's degree in nursing from an accredited nursing program may be considered; provided they are enrolled in an accredited BSN/MSN program within 1 year of hire and complete the degree within 4 years of hire Salary Range: Minimum 43.25/hour - Maximum 67.04/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
