We’re looking for a driven, polished Sales Consultant to join our growing wellness retail team in Escondido. This is not a “sit and wait” retail job, this is a high-opportunity, relationship-driven sales role where your follow-up, confidence, and closing ability directly impact your income.

What You’ll Do

• Guide customers through the buying journey for hot tubs, swim spas, cold plunges, and saunas

• Follow up consistently with leads (this is where top performers win)

• Build trust quickly and recommend solutions that truly fit the customer’s lifestyle

• Confidently ask for the sale and close same-day deals when the opportunity is there

• Stay organized with customer communication and pipeline management

• Create a welcoming, professional showroom experience

Compensation

Base Salary + Commission + Bonuses + Spifs

Potential Earnings 80,000-155,000+ (no commission cap)
