General Manager Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Restaurant General Manager in a quick service restaurant.
• Strong leadership skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
• High energy and adaptability to a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, and weekends.

General Manager Preferred Background & Skills

• ServSafe Certification preferred.
• Proven ability to drive profitable growth while improving customer and associate satisfaction.
• Proficient computer skills.

General Manager Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day activities of associates and managers to achieve targeted objectives around sales, speed of service, customer satisfaction, and food quality & safety standards.
• Maintain operating budgets, inventory controls, and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards and food safety requirements.
• Foster an engaging work culture focused on learning, development, and recognition.
• Recruit, develop, and retain a strong team to ensure appropriate staffing levels.
• Address customer needs and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
