Lead Capacity Strategy & Operations (GPU Demand)

Baseten is seeking a Capacity Strategy & Operations teammate to own end-to-end capacity planning, translating customer commitments and growth forecasts into concrete GPU demand across regions, coordinating with finance and infrastructure to keep deployments on track.
You will build repeatable processes, run cross-functional war rooms when supply is constrained, and deliver leadership-ready dashboards and scenario analyses that inform critical capacity decisions in a fast-moving AI environment.
