Beck's Car Wash in Peoria Heights, IL is seeking a hands-on Manager to oversee daily operations, develop employees, and ensure an outstanding customer experience. As a 100% employee-owned company, Beck's offers ownership opportunities and a strong team culture.

You will lead site performance, hire and train staff, create schedules, manage cash handling, inventory, and repairs, while maintaining a clean, safe facility. Weekend availability and ability to lift up to 50 pounds required.
