Pay: $18.50 - $23.00/hr

Shifts Available:

• 1st Shift: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
• Split Shift: Monday-Thursday, 12:00 PM - 8:30 PM (+10% shift differential)
• 2nd Shift: Monday-Thursday, 2:30 PM - 1:00 AM (+10% shift differential)
• Optional Friday overtime available for Split & 2nd Shift

Join a growing electronics manufacturing team in a clean, climate-controlled facility. Production Associates assemble electronic products, perform soldering and cable assembly, operate production equipment, and ensure products meet quality standards.

• Assemble electronic and electromechanical products
• Perform soldering, wiring, and cable assembly
• Read work instructions, diagrams, and blueprints
• Conduct quality inspections and complete documentation
• Troubleshoot and rework assemblies as needed
• Follow safety and quality procedures

• Manufacturing, assembly, or electronics experience preferred
• Soldering experience is a plus
• Ability to read blueprints and work instructions
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Willingness to learn and cross-train

This is a Permanent position based out of Newark, NY.

The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $23.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

This is a fully onsite position in Newark,NY.
