General Manager - MilkShake Factory - San Antonio North

This is not a "manage the shift" role. This is a run the business role.

We are launching a new MilkShake Factory in San Antonio and are looking for a process-oriented leader who thrives on structure, accountability and delivering a high-energy guest experience.

MilkShake Factory is a premium dessert concept known for handcrafted milkshakes, small-batch chocolates and an elevated guest experience. We combine the speed of quick service with the energy of an experiential brand, creating a destination, not just a transaction.

You will own the operation end-to-end - from team performance to financial results - while building a culture that is fast, fun and consistent.

What You'll Do

• Drive and be accountable for revenue, profitability and daily execution

• Manage labor, inventory and cost controls

• Implement and enforce standard operating procedures, checklists and routines

• Ensure consistency across every shift

• Hire, train and coach high-performing team members

• Deliver an exceptional guest experience

• Increase ticket size through upselling and merchandising

• Review performance weekly and adjust in real time


Who is this Perfect For

This role is a strong fit if you have:

• Leadership experience in a high-volume, process-driven environment

• Background in brands like Chick-fil-A, In-N-Out, Raising Cane's, Starbucks or similar structured QSR concepts

• Experience managing teams, labor and operational performance

• A track record of delivering consistent results through systems

This role requires:


• Evenings, weekends and holidays as needed to support the business.

• Lifting 25-50 pounds


• Standing for long periods


• Frequent walking


• Ability to work in refrigerated areas

• Regular use of technology, including POS Systems, Restaurant 365 and Toast

Compensation: $47,000.00 - $57,000.00 per year
