AE - Merchandise Leader (Part-Time)

YOUR ROLE As the Merchandise Leader, you are the Merchandising Team Leader's right hand in ensuring your store is always rocking AEO Brand Visual Standards. Your expertise lies in executing effective Floorsets, marketing and merchandising updates, and in keeping the store "guest ready" through replenishment. You bring keen attention to detail, a passion for visual standards, and a love of teamwork to get the job done while representing our company values and bringing your REAL self to work every day. Your Responsibilities You have a passion for merchandising: You support driving an outstanding guest experience in partnership with the Merchandising Team Leader by ensuring your store always reflects AEO Brand Standards. Floorsets are your "thing"! You drive killer Floorset execution by training and coaching the Floorset team, setting clear productivity goals, and ensuring all areas of the store—uppers, bustforms, tables, and wardrobers—meet Floorset standards. You're a merchandising innovator: You own day‑to‑day merchandising, sell‑through adjustments, and replenishment, always looking for merchandising opportunities and ready to game‑plan with leadership. You've got a "teamwork" mentality: You help the Merchandising Team Leader ensure the team maintains AEO Brand Standards through merchandising, adjustments, and replenishment so the store always looks fresh. You're a people person: You prioritize the guest experience and champion a culture of recognition, celebrating wins with the team. Integrity is your middle name: You maintain store safety standards on the sales floor and in the stockroom, commit to shrink‑reduction strategies, and always follow AEO policies and procedures. Pay/Benefits Information Actual starting pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to relevant experience and location.
