Commercial Construction Project ManagerThe organization specializes in commercial interior fit-outs and renovation projects, with a strong focus on the financial services sector.Job DescriptionAssist Project Managers with the planning, execution, and closeout of multiple commercial construction projects. Utilize Procore and other project management software to track project progress, documentation, and reporting. Maintain communication between clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal project teams. Monitor project timelines to ensure milestones and deadlines are achieved. Help ensure all work is completed in accordance with contract documents, quality standards, and safety requirements. Strong understanding of construction project workflows, documentation, and scheduling. Experience working for a General Contractor strongly preferred. Proficiency with Procore and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Strong communication and relationship-building abilities. Detail-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem solving.What's on OfferCompetitive base salary: up to 95K (based on experience).
