Senior Manager of Site Reliability Engineering

Leading a team of Site Reliability Engineers, the full-time Senior Manager of Site Reliability Engineering will architect business continuity for critical financial lifecycles and ensure the resilience of a global SaaS ecosystem while working remotely. Key responsibilities Lead, mentor, and grow a team of SREs, fostering a culture of accountability and safety Transition the team from reactive support to proactive engineering aligned with digital transformation initiatives Own the Major Incident Response process and lead Root Cause Analysis for continuous improvement Required qualifications 8+ years of experience in SRE, DevOps, or Production Engineering, including 2+ years in people management Deep understanding of Order-to-Cash or Procure-to-Pay cycles Experience managing enterprise ecosystems such as NetSuite, SAP, or Workday Solid knowledge of Networking (SD-WAN, VPNs) and Identity Management (IAM) Proficiency with monitoring tools like Datadog, Splunk, or New Relic
