- A Master’s degree in Professional Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required. \n
- Must possess a valid license to practice as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in the state of California. \n
- A minimum of three years of proven experience in providing counseling services in a clinical setting. \n
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills necessary for effective client interaction and documentation. \n

While three years of experience is required, candidates with additional expertise in specialized areas such as trauma-informed care, family therapy, or crisis intervention will be given preference.
