Job Description

Ceiba Routes, LLC is hiring reliable and motivated Delivery Drivers to deliver Amazon packages using company cargo vans.

This is a seasonal opportunity running from October 15 through January 15 , with the potential for permanent employment based on business needs and performance.

Position Details:

Starting pay of $23.00/hour
Higher pay may be available based on qualifications
Approximately 07:00-10:00 AM – 8:00 PM
10-hour shifts
Work 2–4 days per week
At least one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) is required
Paid training and orientation
PTO
Health benefits available after 90 days of employment
Bonus opportunities

Delivery Driver Responsibilities:

Safely operate a cargo van while delivering Amazon packages.
Follow assigned delivery routes and traffic laws.
Deliver packages accurately and professionally to customers.
Provide excellent customer service.
Safely load, transport, and deliver packages.
Maintain a professional and safety-focused approach throughout the workday.
Get in and out of the delivery vehicle frequently while completing deliveries.
Report delivery or vehicle issues to management.

Qualifications

As a Delivery Driver, You'll Need:

Must be at least 21 years old .
Valid driver's license.
Reliable and dependable attendance.
Strong customer service skills.
Ability to lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs.
Ability to repeatedly get in and out of a delivery van throughout the day.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced delivery environment.
Commercial or work-related driving experience is a plus.
Must be able to complete initial and random drug screenings throughout employment.
Marijuana is not included in the initial drug screening.
Schedule:
10-hour shifts
2–4 days per week
Approximately 07:00-10:00 AM – 8:00 PM
At least one weekend day required
