HVAC Service & Install Technician

If you're an HVAC Service or Install Technician who enjoys solving problems and seeing customers satisfied, we have an immediate part‑time opening for an HVAC Service & Install Technician. We’re a growing Aire Serv team looking for a versatile technician who feels highly comfortable flexing across all field roles—maintenance, service, and install. You will run residential service and maintenance calls independently and work shoulder‑to‑shoulder with our senior technician on calls that require two people. You'll be a key second set of expert hands — the person who makes hard install days go smoothly and keeps service moving when we're busy. This is a flexible role with real opportunity to grow into more hours, and full‑time, as we expand. This is a customer‑facing, primarily residential role. You'll meet customers in their homes, complete repairs, maintenance, and installs, and discuss recommended solutions. Success requires a commitment to world‑class service and a genuine interest in helping customers make informed decisions about their home comfort. At Aire Serv, we’re known for excellent customer service, a professional image, and our Done Right Promise. We're looking for someone who upholds those standards. If that's you, apply today — our system will schedule you for an interview within 24 hours if you meet the requirements. Why You'll Want to Join Our Team Paid training and career development Your own assigned company truck, fuel card, and a tablet with all required apps and forms Tool account, uniforms, and work‑boot allowance Additional earning potential through commissions and performance bonuses A genuine path to grow into more hours and full‑time as our service and install volume grows A clear career path aligned with your goals Your Responsibilities You’ll serve our clients through the highest‑quality service, maintenance, and installation of their home HVAC systems, and support our senior technician and junior tech as part of a tight, high‑standards crew. Electrical diagnostics: read wiring diagrams and troubleshoot electrical and control issues confidently.
