Elara Caring is seeking a Hospice Music Therapist to provide music therapy services in patients' homes across the Shawnee, OK area. You will collaborate with the Hospice Interdisciplinary Team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans, assess patient responses, and contribute to the mission of bringing Right Care, at the Right Time, in the Right Place.
The role requires a AMTA-approved Bachelor's in Music Therapy, up to 50% travel, and a passion for compassionate care.
