Bank Teller - Part-Time - Zora

Overview Join Southwest Missouri Bank as a Part-Time Bank Teller at our Zora location. This onsite role is suitable for Finance or Accounting majors eager to apply academic knowledge in a professional setting. Compensation is based on experience. You will gain experience in customer service, financial transactions, and problem-solving while working with a united team. Your role schedule: Part Time, 25 hours per week, available 1:00 pm – 6:15 pm Monday–Friday and 7:30 am – 12:15 pm Saturday rotation. Responsibilities Provide prompt, courteous, and accurate teller transactions and address banking inquiries. Acquire and maintain knowledge of bank products and services to identify cross-selling opportunities and refer customers effectively. Serve as the first point of contact for customers and contribute to a positive banking experience while upholding professional demeanor. Qualifications Excellent customer service skills. Trustworthiness and integrity; ability to handle transactions confidentially and professionally. Strong oral and written communication skills. Detail- and service-oriented with accuracy in cash handling and transaction processing. Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Jack Henry). Familiarity with office equipment (printers, ten-key, telephone systems) is beneficial. Bilingual in Spanish is advantageous. #J-18808-Ljbffr
