We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented General Cleaner to join our team in Joplin. As a General Cleaner, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment across various facilities. **Key Responsibilities:**

- Perform general cleaning tasks in assigned areas, such as offices, restrooms, break rooms, and common areas.- Dust, sweep, mop, vacuum, and polish floors and surfaces to ensure they are free of debris and stains.- Clean and disinfect restrooms, including toilets, sinks, mirrors, and fixtures, replenishing supplies as needed.- Collect and dispose of trash and recycling materials, ensuring disposal areas are maintained.- Follow cleaning schedules and maintain a checklist of duties to ensure nothing is overlooked.- Operate cleaning equipment such as vacuum cleaners, floor buffers, and carpet cleaners safely and efficiently.- Identify and report any maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate personnel.- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, using protective gear and safe cleaning practices.

**Qualifications:**

- Previous cleaning experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided.- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating initiative and reliability.- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.- Physical ability to perform repetitive tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.- Flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends, if required.- Excellent communication skills and the ability to understand and follow instructions.
