Duties
Help
Prepares detailed plans and performs statistical analysis using appropriate software, methods and procedures, benchmarking, and/or analytical studies. Formulates responses to requests for studies, analysis, reviews, and interim study results.
Independently performs or participates as a key analyst in studies of broad scope in one or more of the following types of studies: historical review, forecasting, trend analysis, product and service quality, or benchmarking. Analyzes and evaluates all aspects of personnel life cycle (inventory, gains, losses, retention, skill level and training requirements) and essential occupations (maintenance, CYBER, intelligence, acquisitions, IT) of the ANG force.
Provides substantive management support services in all aspects of the personnel life cycle to include: retention and recruitment, ANG Personnel Management, Career Field Review, Trained Personnel Requirement and advanced analytical studies and development. Assists NOB with programming, analysis, and identifying actual or potential problem areas.
Advisor for section of data analysts. Ensures all analysts are prepared to use available software and hardware in production of studies. Coordinates training requests with Personnel Data and Systems Division leadership.
