Role Overview: Assist in surgical procedures by preparing sterile operating-room setups and supplies, ensuring a sterile environment, and supporting the surgical team throughout the operation. Key Responsibilities Prepare and maintain sterile fields and supplies. Pass instruments and assist with equipment during surgeries. Support team with equipment checks, patient positioning, and specimen handling. Manage room turnover and inventory management. Follow aseptic techniques and established protocols to ensure patient safety and procedural efficiency. Qualifications And Skills Knowledge of sterile techniques and surgical procedures.
