Inside Sales Assistant
As an Inside Sales Assistant, you will provide administrative and operational support to our Sales team to help projects and client communications move smoothly and efficiently.
At Sun Design Remodeling Specialists, we're not your typical remodeling company. We are currently looking for an organized, tech-savvy, and proactive Inside Sales Assistant to support our seasoned sales team behind the scenes.

As an Inside Sales Assistant, you will provide administrative and operational support to our Sales team to help projects and client communications move smoothly and efficiently.
Responsibilities may include:
- Assisting salespeople with scheduling appointments and meetings
- Managing and updating CRM/client information
- Preparing proposals, documents, and presentation materials
- Coordinating internal communication between departments
- Tracking sales activity and maintaining organized records
- Assisting with follow-ups and client communication
- Helping maintain accurate digital files and project information
- Supporting various administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:
- Must be computer savvy
- Must live within 30 miles of our Clifton, VA office
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
- Prior administrative, sales support, or office experience preferred
- Experience with Microsoft 365, CRM systems, or construction/remodeling environments is a plus
