Global ISV Sales GTM Lead

Position Overview We are looking for a forward‑thinking Global ISV Sales GTM Partner Manager to drive our partnership and sales go‑to‑market strategies with Strategic ISVs within the Enterprise ISV Strategic Partner Organization. This organization is fast‑growing and at the forefront of working with key Enterprise Agentic AI partnerships across the company. Responsibilities Develop go‑to‑market and co‑selling strategies with global ISV partners that outline activities and expectations to drive NVIDIA’s full stack offerings. Act as an extension of both the sales team and NVIDIA to identify key accounts for joint selling engagements, learning together to develop and drive a repeatable joint selling model. Work cross‑functionally with key NVIDIA Industry sales teams and partner ecosystem to handle pipeline and promote/educate on revenue generated from joint customer wins. Collaborate and align with our Enterprise Product Group as a catalyst to set GTM priorities of the global ISV, ensuring mutual success in developing joint solution offerings. Secure sponsorship from target ISVs to implement a Sales GTM partnership plan of record. Define business goals, track and report progress and work on joint GTM plans. Devises sales enablement plans to help account executives, overlay solution specialists and Solution Architects improve their abilities on NVIDIA GPU‑accelerated computing and AI software. Act as the global liaison between regional ISV teams and NVIDIA product groups. Qualifications 12+ years of demonstrated success with partner alliance management and cloud service providers. High energy with effective communication and written skills. Experience and flair in addressing senior leaders and large audiences. Proactive, creative, flexible, and uses good judgment to accomplish tasks on schedule with minimal direction and supervision. Familiarity with modern computing techniques and the ability to scale up technical knowledge to serve demanding technology companies. Ability to connect with all team members successfully and effectively at any level. Enjoys working in a fast‑paced environment with multiple priorities. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Self‑starter, self‑confident individual with integrity and accountability, highly motivated, and attracted to building out a growth area which represents a meaningful opportunity at NVIDIA. Experience in AI/deep learning, high performance computing, cloud datacenter, and/or edge computing development. Comfortable defining and implementing complex program schedules with an intimate understanding of dependencies, critical paths, key and critical landmarks, and deliverables. Proven track record of handling multiple partners and partner programs across worldwide geographies and time zones. Compensation and Benefits Your base salary will be determined based on location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. Base salary range: $184,000 – $299,000 USD.
