Learn more about our benefits. Key Responsibilities Assess existing and potential markets of abstract scope, demonstrating comprehensive understanding of technical and business environments. Participate in the development and articulation of strategies to meet business objectives. Integrate abstract products into a coherent portfolio focused on a market, managing the portfolio like a “product” (business plan, positioning, buying process, market requirements and marketing plan). Analyze market data to identify trends and opportunities, develop strategic direction from market information, and create compelling market analysis presentations. Drive needs within targeted markets and analyze segmentations, recommending which segments to pursue and driving the growth process. Partner with management and other marketing functions (product marketing, product management, MarCom) to ensure overall marketing functions effectively meet strategic goals. Oversee creation of abstract product strategies that integrate well with AMAT products. Support the vision and key phases on deliverables for abstract products. Manage the portfolio of products. Functional Knowledge Regarded as the technical expert in the particular field. Demonstrates in‑depth and/or breadth of expertise in own discipline and broad knowledge of other disciplines within the function.
