Registered Nurse (RN) - Hospice - $43+ per hour

Bayada Home Health Care is seeking a full‑time Registered Nurse (RN) to provide hospice care at our Short Hills, New Jersey location. The RN will travel to clients’ homes in the Essex and Hudson County area to deliver palliative care as part of a multidisciplinary team. Job Details Specialty: Hospice Discipline: RN Duration: Ongoing Employment Type: Staff Responsibilities Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories. Perform assigned duties, including administration of medication, wound care, treatments, procedures, and comfort care. Monitor client conditions and report changes to the Clinical or Client Services Manager. Follow up, execute, and properly document doctors’ orders. Conduct client assessments as necessary. Occasional on‑call duty after hours and/or weekends. Qualifications Current RN license in New Jersey. Minimum one year of recent, verifiable clinical (medical/surgical) experience. Prior home‑care and/or hospice experience strongly preferred, but not required. Solid computer skills; experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred. Ability to travel to cases as assigned. Compensation Base pay: $50–$52 per hour, subject to negotiation based on qualifications.
