Administrative Assistant

$72k - $85k

Century Group

Century Group is partnering with a client who is seeking an Accounting Specialist to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary $72,000 to $85,000 per year.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform accounts receivable and general ledger entries with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Reconcile accounts to ensure proper documentation and resolution of discrepancies.
  • Prepare financial reports in compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
  • Support year-end processes and provide backup assistance to the lead accountant.
  • Handle special projects and general administrative tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Have at least 3+ years of experience in an accounting or financial role.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Unanet A/E or similar A/E/C accounting software.
  • Exhibit advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel.
  • Work effectively in a small office environment, collaborating closely with team members.
  • Hold a bachelor's degree in accounting or a related discipline, which is highly desirable.
