ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As an Account Associate for Tyler Scanlan - State Farm, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Generate new business by prospecting and identifying potential clients through networking and referrals.
  • Present and explain insurance products and services tailored to client needs.
  • Negotiate terms and close sales to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and develop client relationships.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to analyze client needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Team player.
