Registered Nurse Key Responsibilities Conducting comprehensive patient assessments and providing nursing care to medically complex patients Providing care for patients and management of their conditions, with regard to vital signs and lab work Collaborating with Physicians and various disciplines within the hospital to manage patient care Assisting the medical staff with in-house procedures and interacting and communicating with patient family members RN Requirements RN License (MO) Minimum 1 year of hospital experience; ICU ∨ TCU (stepdown) experience preferred BLS and ACLS certification Ability to assess patients quickly in emergency situations in a stressful environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Superior analytical and critical thinking skills, team, detail and goal orientedli> Positive, professional and empathetic demeanor What it is like to work at Landmark Hospitals Focus: Our facilities have an average of 30 – 35 beds, which allows our healthcare teams to focus intensely on our patients and their families.
