MDS RN Responsibilities:

-Coordinate the completion of Minimum Data Set (MDS) assessments for all residents in accordance with regulations

- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of MDS assessments and care plans

- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop individualized care plans

- Monitor and update resident care plans as needed

- Communicate effectively with staff, residents, and families regarding MDS assessments and care planning

- Stay up-to-date on regulations and guidelines related to MDS assessments

- Participate in quality improvement initiatives related to resident care

MDS RN Qualifications

Current RN license in the state of Florida - Minimum of 2 years of experience in MDS coordination in a long-term care facility Strong knowledge of MDS assessment process and regulations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
