Registered Nurse Full-time & Per diem Holyoke Location Qualifications Valid RN license from Massachusetts Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse in a clinical setting Excellent communication and interpersonal skills BLS Certification required RN license required Responsibilities Provide direct patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment within the scope of practice for a Registered Nurse Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians or advanced practice providers Monitor and document patient vital signs, symptoms, and changes in condition Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans Educate patients and their families on disease management, treatment options, and preventive care measures Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records using Kinnser electronic health record systems Supervise Home Health Aides (HHA) in accordance with state/federal requirements and document the supervision Participate in The Performance Improvement Committee Process To apply, visit #J-18808-Ljbffr A Caring Heart Nursing Services
