We are seeking a friendly, organized, and reliable Receptionist to support the daily communication and clerical functions of our office. This role is essential in presenting a positive first impression to patients, families, staff, and community partners. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Answer and direct incoming calls using a multi ‑ line phone system Greet and assist visitors and patients Distribute mail and messages Provide clerical support including filing, copying, typing, and data entry Prepare admission, orientation, and new hire packets Monitor and order office supplies Maintain confidentiality and deliver excellent customer service Perform additional administrative tasks as needed Uphold agency policies and professional standards. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: High school diploma required; college preferred At least 1 year of general office experience, including multi-line phone system, required. Strong computer skills Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills Strong phone etiquette Knowledge of medical terminology preferred Reliable transportation and valid auto liability insurance WORK ENVIRONMENT: Routine office environment with occasional moderate noise Ability to work flexible or extended hours Occasional local travel and exposure to inclement weather Prolonged sitting with some standing, lifting (up to 50 lbs), and filing tasks *Employees are eligible for different benefits based on their employment status. #J-18808-Ljbffr Centric Health
