Role Overview: The Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) in Pediatric Home Health provides direct support to children in their homes, assisting with occupational therapy treatment plans under licensed OT supervision. Key Responsibilities: Support children in developing functional skills, enhancing daily routines, and collaborating with families to promote skill transfer in real-world settings. Contribute to therapy goals through hands-on interventions and documentation. Qualifications & Skills: Hold an Associate's degree in Occupational Therapy, NBCOT certification, active state license, BLS/CPR certification, and reliable transportation.
